My name is Daniel Fernández

I am a product-focused, generalist engineer with a Robotics background who leads with empowerment and compassion.  I have worked at the 7 to 30 person startup, 400 to 850 person post-startup, and up to the 40,000 and 140,000 person company.  I have first-hand experience the unique problems for hardware-based products when bad habits fail to meet scale.
